Suggestion:

can u guys @Pete, @Ivan add hevc option next to video quality so when selecting 1080p then add the option to select hevc, cbr, vbr etc there instead of under settings would be alot better :)
 
I have asked it already. I believe they did it that way because they use the website for Amz instead of their own implementation. So you always have to reload the page for the URL parameters to take effect.
But that is only a guess. Maybe (hopefully) they can/will change it.
