Question Subscriptions within services

Does AS allow downloading from Apple TV+ (or any other service) where the video requires a separate subscription within that service? Once Apple TV+ is able to download in HD instead of just SD, I am considering starting a trial for CJ ENM Selects within Apple TV+. Would AS be able to download from that?
