Sound problem on Ice Age 2,3 & 4

Hi I have a problem, I have the Ice Age box set and I am trying to get them to view on my Apple TV via iTunes. Ice Age (the first one) works fine but on 2,3 & 4 all looks to be OK but when you play them the vision if OK but at the start it sounds like the the sound it stuttering on the 20th Century Fox music and when this stops and the movie proper starts the sound is way out of sync (about 20 seconds). HELP PLEASE. :(:bowdown:
p.s. This is the same it I play it in iTunes on my PC so it's not the Apple TV box that is wrong.
