hi sir right now im trying to copy the SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE and here's what i got

BD + cannot remove error 669 :bang:. any suggestions for this ?
 
And the log file? if they need, nevertheless, if you want help

Right click the AnyDVD icon, select create log file. Then attach it to a post here. Otherwise I'm going to get cranky and you're not likely to get much help. Also, update to 6.5.8.1 as the first post in this thread says to do. Us being hard on people who don't follow the rules of this thread is for everyone's own good because its saves everyone from wasting time and gets you the help you want faster and more efficiently.

No crashing when you don't press on Eject button.

1. Update Anydvd: click http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6581.exe. Download and install

2. Create a new Anydvd zip log file, and post it to the forums:

a) Ensure Anydvd is running.
b) Put the problematic original disc in your optical drive/reader. Wait for Anydvd to scan the disc.
c) Right click the red fox icon on your toolbar.
d) Select "Create Logfile"
e) Wait for Anydvd to create a log file.
f) A pop-up screen will appear. Take note of the location where Anydvd created the logfile and the logfile's name. Click "ok".
g) Windows Explorer will open, and you will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip" (or something similar; see step f)
h) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like
attach.gif
(in other words, look for the paperclip after clicking "quote" or when creating a new thread)
i) If you don't see that paperclip icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
j) A small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
k) Click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
l) click "upload"
m) Close the window. When you submit reply, or submit a new thread, the .zip file will be attached automatically for us to take a look at


3. State the full a)error message(s) you encountered, b)tell us what program(s) you were using when you received the error message(s), c) provide version numbers of those programs and d) describe in detail what you were doing when you received the error message(s).

4. What country is this Blu-ray disc from?

AnyDVD 6.5.8.1 fixes this problem.
 
If only the suggestion had been made to upgrade to 6.5.8.1 had been made. :bang: :D
 
And did you do what we asked and upgrade to 6.5.8.1? If so, and you're still having problems, you'll need to attach a log with it.
