Getting errors when trying to rip Sleepy Hollow Blu-ray US region, all boxes unchecked.
I assume its a bad disc even though the disc looks good.

I cleaned the disc twice. I have an old school lens cleaner (a disk with a small brush on it that you put a drop of cleaner on). Not sure if that is recommended. What are you using to clean the laser lens?
