All I seem to google are software release notes and associated commenters.

Will the downloadable Media Player on the PS4 detect Cinavia in MKV containers?
Will the downloadable media player on the Xbox One detect Cinavia in MKV containers?
 
There's only 1 way to know for sure, create an mkv and let us know. However they likely won't.
