Hello. Is there a way we can send material to you directly to review and find out issues?
I don't want it back, they would be a donation to you.

if you have problems with a disc, you need to provide an anydvd logfile. Without it they can't help you. The dev's will then determine how to proceed (and in the rare occasion they need the physical disc they usually order in the disc themselves. Based on the barcode & link they'll ask you to provide)
