Secret Headquarters failed to read! Any suggestions?

Please specify. Does it not even recognize the disc, or can't you rip it?
Insert the disc and create and upload a logfile.
In case you don't know, you do that by right-clicking into the AnyDVD icon in the taskbar.
 
I had something similar happen yesterday, but it was because I didn't have the region code set on my drive to match the disc. Does your drive's region code match the disc you're attempting to read? Until I set the region code, AnyDVD just sat there waiting while the activity indicator light on my drive stayed solid on. Then, I remembered it was a new drive and didn't have its region code set yet.
