Yes.
When CloneBD knows which playlist is correct, it puts it at the top.

However if CloneBD doesn't know the correct playlist, the wrong playlist could be at the top. So it's best IMO to check the AnyDVD status screen to see if a playlist has been identified. Don't just rely on the top playlist being correct.
