Is there a setting to rip all the files from a DVD using AnyDVD HD? It misses a few files and one DVD I copied. When I put the same DVD in again later to watch another episode, it starts playing the same first episode as an auto playback and I can't go to the main menu to choose the next episode. It seems AnyDVD HD never ripped a file that is needed to access the main menu. Thanks.

See the PLEASE read before you post sticky an put up a logfile please.
It might help to share the secret of exactly what DVD we are talking about too.
Ripping a DVD to folder (HDD) is supposed to create a working version of a DVD.
Also - try using the original DVD with AnyDVD running in the background and without - behavior should be the same as without it running.

I'm not sure what you mean about this part.

Can somebody explain things more clearly please? I'm grateful to the other member's reply but I find it hard to follow what he/she said in the last sentence. Since I posted I got no other answers or suggestions. I don;t understand why AnyDVD HD doesn't rip all the files and I know at least one important file isn't copied that screws-up the link to the menus where I can't access them. When I press the button to access the menu the first episode on the disc starts playing instead.

Can you please create a system log file... just wanted to see what services are running in the background. Or hard disk managers, or data services.

How to create a system log file is in the program group of AnyDVD.

Where do I locate the log file? I thought I found the folder where it is and the folder is empty.
