As title says I want to store all my riped movies in folders and would like to double click the file and for it to Auto play in powerDVD or other software.

Do rips play direct from the hard drive or is there a way to stream the blueray file to a PS3 to watch ??

You want to create ISOs of your movies and use Virtual CloneDrive with My Movies.
