RIP Cindy Williams ( Shirley) from Laverne and Shirley

Enjoy pain free peace now, Cindy. Death is so evil but science will soon have ways to reverse aging. BUT knowing now to induce autophagy via hard fasting every day and kicking carbs and sugar out of our diets are huge at preventing and even reversing every major health threat there is. See and feel the self-healing results in no time.

I remember Cindy in American Graffiti (1973) and in Conversation (1974); two of the best movies from the 70s.
