The menus appear ok, but the main film appears corrupted and only 4 colours. (Same as Frost/Nixon)

Slumdog Millionaire from Fox and without BD+.
That's a shocker...
Can't give you any advice here, but it's this year's anomaly.
 
upgrade your GFX card driver to v9.5, try a different player software (like powerDVD). it's not any AnyDVD issue for sure.
 
I've performed some more testing and it appears to be a TMT v2 issue after all. I installed TMT v3 on my test Windows 7 RC partition with AnyDVDHD 6.5.5.9 and the main movie played with any of the corruption issues I was seeing. I'm a bit wary about installing TMT v3 on my live Vista partition as it comes with its own problems, but there are rumours that these will be fixed by the end of the month, so for the time being I'll be flicking between the both versions.
