The original disc JUMPER US plays fine with anydvd disabled.
With AnyDVD enabled th disc menu fails to load. (I am using Arcsoft TMT)
This failure occurs with 6.4.7.6 and the 6.4.7.8 beta.

Summary for drive E: (AnyDVD 6.4.7.6)
HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW GGC-H20L 1.00 43092807117C6K5343
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

Media is a Blu-Ray disc.

Total size: 21380320 sectors (41758 MBytes)
Video Blu-ray label: JUMPER
Media is AACS protected!
Media is BD+ protected!
Removed AACS copy protection!
Removed BD+ copy protection!
Can't determine region code!
Possible Java BD+ firmware warning removed!
Blu-ray Java signatures fixed!

BD+ Firmware warning removed!

Something with the Java stuff seems to have gone wrong.

I tried 6.4.6.9 and it works!
Summary for drive D: (AnyDVD 6.4.6.9)
HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW GGC-H20L 1.02 401227075G7COB3234
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

I am OK for now because I just can use the old version. Hopefully you can find the problem.

This will be something that needs to be looked into.

Is anyone else having a problem with Jumper?

I do notice from your logs that you do have a packet-writing filter installed. I'm not saying that it is causing your problem but, personally, I would recommend removing it.

  1. Create a backup of your registry
  2. Download ImgBurn (freeware) here: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download.
  3. Start ImgBurn and go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order....
  4. Select "NTIDrvr.sys". Click Remove Selected Filter. Click OK.
  5. Reboot

Whatever programs installed those filters will no longer work properly. If you reinstall the software that installed those filters the software will fully work but I would not recommend doing so.

I have both updated the drive firmware and eliminated the forementioned filter driver.

The problems still remains.

Thanks

Any other ideas?
Let me know

The problem has nothing to do with the drive firmware or some filters. Problem is, that current AnyDVD doesn't work with TMT. We're on it.

Same problem here (Jumper Italian version). I'm waiting for a next update.

Thanks for your wonderful job James and Slysoft team!!!

With TMT the latest AnyDVD version (6.4.7.9) now Jumper works even with region lock disabled.

Thanks Slysoft, you're the men!!

Nah, only Peer deserves the credit for this one... ;)
