I've tried just about every combination of options i can think of to create a usable profile.:bang: I list the steps I used for the first few scenarios that I tried. I will also be attaching the summary logs for each scenario.
I hope someone here has some idea of whats going on. I will check again, but I'm pretty sure this work on 32 bit XP, but I will confirm that shortly.

# What version of Game Jackal are you running?
3.1.2.2 with no plug-ins
GameJackal is set to run on Processor 2, and Profiles are set to run on Processor 1
# What operating system are you using? 64 bit? service pack?
Vista Ultimate 64 bit with latest updates and/or service packs
# If you have virtual drives.
I have Virtual CloneDrive installed, but I don't have any virtual drives setup, and it doesn't load at boot
# Remove packet writing software from your system Didn't have any installed
# What protection does your game use? SafeDisc 2.90.040
# What is the name of the game you're trying to run?
Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour - with no mods installed
# What is the version of the game? 1.04
# Is it cd or dvd version? CD
# What region or country is the original disc from? North American
# What cpu are you running? Intel Core 2 Dou T9400 2.53GHz,
945 Express Chipset, 4GB RAM,
NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT
# What optical drives are you using to create profiles with? What firmware version is installed on your reader?
Optiarc DVD RW AD-7560s ATA Device - Driver Version 6.0.6001.18000
# What security software (firewall, antivirus) are you using? Please provide version numbers.
Windows Firewall
# Describe your problem, provide full error messages, and please state clearly what you were doing when you received those error messages.
Scenario 1:
Create Profile->Select CnC Zero Hour Profile Map->Use Quick Launch->
Let the game play through intro to main screen-> Exited Game->
Let game jackal capture data for about 6 minutes
Launch the profile->Loads gdi splash screen -> Windows message saying the application stop working appears before it makes it to the DirectX splashscreen.
Scenario 2:
Disable AutoStart and AutoStop->Start Profile->Wait 5 seconds->Start Game->Same Result as Scenario 1
Scenario 3:
Change General Settings to run GameJackal and Profile on Processor 1->
Launch Profile->Started Game->Still No luck
Scenario 4:
Enabled AutoStart and AutoStop->Start Profile->Nope, still not working
Scenario 5:
Used GameJackal’s recommendations that appear after the profile deactivates to scan for missing sectors.->Start Profile->Same Old story.
Scenario 6:
Added HideJack.dll to Plugin folder, and tried to install it in GameJackal though it didn’t work.
Removed Previous Profile
Created a new profile,
using Automatic Game,
left slot for game’s .exe blank,
disabled auto start and auto stop,
set correct working directory for the game,
uncheck both image mode and quick launch mode,
Inserted Disk,
Let create profile wizard automatically start profile
Waited a few seconds, and started game
Let intro run to menu and exited game
Started Profile->Started the game-> AHHHH still nothing
Started the Profile->Waited several seconds->Started the game->
MessageBox telling me to insert the disk
