I ripped Horton Hears a Who leaving protection intact. Do I need to create the .DVD file? I only wish to move the content to my server to play, then delete. I have the latest AnyDVD HD and VCD on both machines - the one with the BD-ROM as well as the one with the 40" LCD. Once the ISO is mounted, when I start PowerDVD, all I get is a blank screen (whether full-screen or windowed), no sound and a counter counting up as if the movie is playing. I also tried to move the file locally to the media center i case it was a bandwidth isue, but same result.

I'm running Vista 64-bit and OEM PowerDVD 7.3.3319b that came with my LiteOn BD-ROM.

Any thoughts anyone?

You'll need to update your PDVD, yours is 16 months old

That did it!

I found the update patch, downloaded, installed. I was then able to play.

Thanks!
