Getting an error message every time I try to clone a DVD with cloneDVD2 now.....get all the way to the last operation and I get an error

"unable to open file" & "the system cannot find the file specified"

this is the file string it specifies

C:\Program Files\Elaborate Bytes\CloneDVD2\eraser\PAL\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO 2 TCE

Do I just uninstall and reinstall as a last resort?

Best regards David

"You accidently deleted the "eraser" directory. The eraser directory is required; if it is removed CloneDVD will stop working properly. Simply reinstall CloneDVD, and it will work again. And please, never touch CloneDVD's installation directory! "--Olli

Its ok...I have traced the problem NOT to me erasing the "eraser" folder but it appears CloneDVD had made two "eraser" folders....one was "eraser(2)"

upon investigation the ifo files were only in the duplicate eraser folder, so I copied the if files over to the original folder (both NTSC and PAL) and erased the duplicate folder and all is well now.....and it certainly wasn't me who went in there and made a duplicate folder system! :disagree: never even looked in the elaborate bytes folders before just now!

Anyway its all working again without having to reisntall

Best regards David
