Reclock 1.8.8.5 Crash

AMD C-50 CPU/HD 6250 GPU
Dvbviewer (latest)
LavFilters 0.67
Reclock 1.8.8.5

When i hit play/pause very fast and often DVBViewer crashes
When i throw reclock out of the Graph all is fine.

any ideas whats wrong ?
with xp on this machine i never had any problem.

i installed "ReClock.test.1.7b4" and it works perfect except that it doesnt find framerates of certain mkvs and speedchange is disabled so also a nogo.
i primary use reclock to speedup 23,976 fps files to 25fps.
now im trying old versions of the slysoft remake.
1877 also crashed.
installed a very old beta (with expire date. had to change date) but also crashed.

windows event viewer says evr.dll error.

i disabled "date execution prevention" with "bcdedit /set {current} nx AlwaysOff"
And now dvbviewer doesnt crash anymore.
i still have "the bug" but video just freezes and i have to do a frame skip (seek forward or backward) to get playback again (like on xp).

but now i discovered my old xp problem in win 7 too.
i really thought it will be gone with a "newer" os but its not.

now i have to install ffdshow/avisynth and do my selfmade trick on win7 too.
please please finally ... add this to reclock so i can use it without breaking dxva!
