It sure would be nice to be able to burn a blu ray dvd. I have paid over $250 dollars for anydvd and clonedbd and have not had one successful burn. How do you go about getting your money back?

Topic title changed, please use a descriptive title instead of "????". ???? sais absolutely nothing, now if you'd read the tooltip that bert the beaver gives you in the 2nd image you'll say that he's saying READ ERRORS. This means there are problems reading your SOURCE DISC, not burning to the target disc. You need to provide the AnyDVD logfile, the CloneBD logfile (hold the ALT button on that screen with the failure, and click the button to save the log. Then attach it). Also post your brand of blank discs you're using and if possible the MID (Media IDentifier).

Lets start with that shall we. As to the refund, there are none. As is clearly marked on the purchase pages the products are sold as "Try BEFORE you buy". That said, anydvd has no control over CloneBD's behavior, reading nor burning.
