Problems downloading from Redfox.bz - very slow

Is there a problem at the Redfox end? I'm seeing less than 30 KB/s all morning, whereas I'm used to seeing more than 10x that normally?
 
I can confirm that download.redfox.bz is slow, but it's not on our side.
Most traffic to/from our download server is routed via Voxility in Romania and they have some packet losses. There is nothing we can do.
Just be patient, it will be back to normal sooner or later.
