how to burn the shallows? my dvd software want even pick up a dvd.. isanyone else having this problem? please ;et me know? thanks
 
What DVD software programs (inc. versions numbers) are you using?
 
If the drive doesn't see your blank discs that generally means one of two things.

- crappy blanks
- dead/dying drive

Or both
