Problem with voice sync

I have noticed that with some DVDs the voice fails to sync and it only happens after trying to use "CloneDVDMobile". The DVD plays fine on a PC though.

Win-7 OS
AnyDVDHD
CloneDVDMobile
Burn settings: mp4/AVC, 720x480 (NTSC TV) are my settings.

Titles that have sync problems; "Death Race 3" and "Armagedon"

Have tried three different PCs and always the same results. Tried DVDs from Netflix and also RedBox.

Pls advise...:bang:
 
Just tried the newest beta version 1902 and the sync is horrible!
 
Ok...version 1802 seems to work...hopefully 1902 will get fixed so I can upgrade 0back to where I was before?

Sync issue resolved...
