Problem backing up Pirates of the Caribbean- At Worlds End!

I have been trying to back up Pirates of the Carib with DVD Shrink. I keep getting a 'data error- cyclic redundancy error'.

I tried AnyDVD and it will not even recognize the disc in the drive???

Any help would be appreciated!!

PS: the disc PLAYS fine on my computer via Power DVD.

CRC or cyclic redundancy error means a bad pressed disc. The disc will play fine but you won't be able to copy. This of course saying that you are using AnyDVD 6.3.1.5.
 
Ya... bad disc. Pirates 3 had no real issues.

Thanks for the replies guys. I am using AnyDVD 6.3.1.5. I will request another disc. For future info....was it bad at production......or because of abuse??
