Hallo, bei zwei Filmen wird mir nur 540p angeboten obwohl Amazon die Filme als HD angibt. Könnt ihr da etwas machen - das wäre toll. Spike-Lee-Collection: Clockers [dt./OV] und Monobloc Vielen Dank für eure Arbeit Grüße
Gleiches Problem: 'Die großen Rätsel des alten Ägypten' in HD und 'Ägypten - Welt der Pharaonen' bei AP (also wohl 1080p) gekauft. Download nur in 540p möglich. Auch nach Neustart von AS und Ausführung als Administrator keine Änderung. Bitte nachbessern wenn möglich!
Rechnerneustart und somit auch AS-Neustart hat bei beiden Filmen nichts geändert. Das Problem bei monobloc besteht sowieso seit ein paar Tagen, sowohl mit AS 1.4.9.0 als auch jetzt aktuell mit AS 1.4.9.5. Das Problem gibt es ja öfter und irgendwann funktioniert es (zB Netflix "Bardo") - bei den beiden oben genannten Filmen habe ich jetzt halt einen 30-Tage-Druck schönen tag, Grüße
I am not familiar what i should do prior to export the Log-File. I just re-opened AS, searched both Movies and get to the Download-Menue with the Resolution-Choice Drop-down. then i canceld. Are all information in it? Can not open it myself to check ... Thanks
Nothing to do with bitrate, but you should check your proxy-settings: "An invalid proxy was specified, disabling proxy: ":1080"" Streaming providers have to keep an eye on their bandwith for each server. Amazon don't talk about this, but Netflix does. Netflix is using a "concurrency limits": https://netflixtechblog.medium.com/performance-under-load-3e6fa9a60581 https://github.com/Netflix/concurrency-limits Lowering the audio/video bitrate under load makes sense for Netflix/Amazon & Co., the alternative would be judder or dropouts - and both would be more noticeable than a lower bitrate. So depending to which content server (CDN) you are connected and how many people share the same server with you, your bit rate will be limiited. First audio downgrade and then video downgrade. Workaround: try to download when your region is sleeping
Auch der Film "Blackhat" wird nicht als 1080p angezeigt. Der Film ist diese Woche über Freevee kostenlos verfügbar.
Guten Abend, ich habe das gleiche Problem bei Amazon Prime mit Lucifer Staffel 5. Dort sind lediglich die Folgen 1, 3, 13 & 16 betroffen. Alle anderen lassen sich in 1920 * 1080 runterladen, nur diese nicht. Es ist kein Proxy gesetzt. Das mit der Bitrate Limitation kann man ja leider nicht beeinflusse. Irgendwelche Ideen? If my bit rate is limited due to my connection (somehow), shoulden't it concern ALL i try to download at the same Time from AP? Because i have no general problem with 1080. I tried Both films several times during a session in which i downloaded other files in1080. Thats why i thought its a problem of newly added Files like it was (for me) with Blonde/del Torro's Pinocchio/Bardo (all Netflix). Monobloc is a newer Movie and File and Clockers i think is added newly ... All 540 issues where gone "by itself" after a while or after a update. Where? In Windows (7)? Don't find anything in AS.
