Pop-up window won't close

Any idea what causes this and how to close it? I have this pop-up window of a video description that wont close. It is visible in all windows that I open. I can not grab it and move it around, it is stationary. AS+ is still running and I can open other apps, but this particular window is always there.

Move the arrow about the title in question. Or restart AS.

This bug has been reported many moons ago, but I am not going to search for it now.
 
Thanks for the update DeepSpace. I wasn't aware that it was reported before because none of my searches found anything.
 
I remember seeing it, but I have no clue if it even was it's own thread.
I couldn't find it either now, only this thread where it has been mentioned something similar. Yes, I might be wrong and it is this thread, but I am sure it was with a picture as well. Because I immediately remembered seeing it once. Just not when or where.
