Phillips DVD+R DL??

I tried looking around the forum to see if Phillips DVD+R DL are a good quality media, but I cant seem to find an answer. Can someone with some knowledge please enlighten me.

Buy Verbatim +R DL (made in Singapore, preferably) only

It's unlikely you're going to get MKM 001 under the Philips brand anymore.

You're more likely to get CMC (bleh) or Ritek (double bleh) sold under Philip's name.

I bought a 25 pack of Phillips DL's and my burner will not even recognize them. I upgraded the firmware and still no go. So I bought a newer burner (all LG's) and stil the same issue. My advise...stay away from them.

Verbatim is the only reliable D/L media.............for now.
