Orville DVD play all issue

With any Orville series 1 dvd i can play the play all from the dvd menu, but when rip video to hard disk the play all goes to a 10 or 5 minute blank video. i can go in the episode list and play them individually just fine. i have av completely tuned off.
please let me know if i can fix or can you.

I see no reason, why this could happen. How do you play back?
 
after furthur research seems the video player i was using on the computer was not working. i put it in a video console and it worked fine. seems the test video player i was using on two different computers to test both had the same issue. my bad. please close ticket.
