Official Handbrake snapshots for Win & Mac available again

After one of the Handbrake mirror servers was hacked and the downloads tampered with the release of Handbrake nightly and snapshots was reduced to only Ubuntu. Refer here https://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=36364 for details.

Snapshots for Windows and Mac have now returned with the last snapshot having been dated May 6, 2017. Now we have a snapshot dated June 14, 2017.
