Mode: Partial Copy to Folder
1. Selection: Main Feature Audio: DTS (see image 1)
2. Play preview and movie starts from beginning as it should (image 2)
3. Begin conversion and it does not start at the beginning as it must. (image 3)
I get (image 4) instead of (image 2)

The Movie is "Frozen"

If the film uses seamless branching then it may not encode the film in order as it will encode the files in numerical order which may not be the same as the playlist order. When it finishes encoding does it play back correctly?
 
Yes, it does play correctly. Thank you very much for your quick and accurate reply. The folks in this forum are good when it comes to problems. Having never experienced something like this, I learned something new-thanks to you.
