My take is that it's still very risky (prossecution, legally and such) to do it.
But, really, while I'm still paying like 20 euros here for a blank disk, it will not be THAT difficult to clone it (they do not have YET the DL-BD, LOL!).
You start with 1:1 then someday move to filter/compress it to 70% or so...
I bet your arses are on the line on this, but hey, once someone makes it (and pays dearly, chased by the lawers mob) then it's a go for everyone.
I know you don't wanna be the first.
But, really, clonedvd is such a fine product that clone BD is really the next big ticket!
Looking forward to it (as long as you don't burn yourselves in the process).
Right now, cloneCD + AnyDVD-HD is an alley I didn't try, but should work (I guess). Lazy me.
