"No video stream found" when opening movie other then 23.976fps

When I open movie with 23.976 fps then reclock instantly founds proper movie frame rate. But when I open movie with frame rate different then 23.976 fps then reclock always says "No video stream found".
I've tried all combinations in "Video setings" options tab but no success:(
