No sound on some rips

I am running windows vista and ripped Spiderman 3 and Ratatouille to back up my own discs but there is no sound when I play them back from the hard drive. I am using 6.1.9.7 beta with vista ultimate 32 bit. 3 gig of memory. I backed up The condemed with no such problem.:confused:
