No disc shown ib drive, Lincoln & The Factory

Got "Lincoln" and "The Factory" today. Both brand new. Inserted discs and PC did not see either disc in 2 different drives. Wouldn't play, load or even show as there in My Computer. To back-up, I had to completely shut down AnyDVD. Insert disc, then when it loaded was able to open AnyDVD and back-up. Is this something new? Believe disc is looking for decrypt software.

 

Using the above worked fine for The Factory. Lincoln will still not even show in the drive.

 

So if you exit out of AnyDVD then Lincoln is still not seen in Windows? If so then it's most likely either a faulty/dirty disc or failing drive
