I have never copied blu-ray before so I have questions. First is can blu-ray be put on DVD's. Second is do I need a blu-ray burner. Third is it worth the time and money to do it. I do use the HDDVD from Slysoft and see the blu-ray option.

First: Yes they can be shrinked with a 3rd party freeware tool atm to a BD5/9 what bd's on dvds are called. HOWEVER you still will need a player CAPABLE of reading BD5/9's as the file structure remains the same (m2ts files and not VOB's)
Second: If you wish to burn to blank BD's yes, read them only then a bd-rom is enough. Burn them to BD5/9 needs only a dvd burner
Third: Sure is

Thnx. I appreciate your answers. I'll start looking for the 3rd party tool now.
