any title selection gives this error, I've logged out, exited, and re-opened and logged in (a few times) - no change. Titles play fine elsewhere.
I attached log file. . .as always, your work is appreciated.

Netflix works just fine. Your log file shows that you are using a children's profile. Open Netflix in your browser and reset your profiles. If there was an issue as you reported this forum would be flooded with reports. Check your profiles. This also happens when there is a payment issue with your account. I just looked again and I do not see any profiles so it may be defaulting to a child's profile. Either way, there is no issue with Netflix on this end.

that did the trick. I never noticed it in the past. . .and thank you for the heads-up on the version, I didn't realize I was behind a bit.

appreciate the work as always - I have the lifetime license, and have no need for the other products at the moment, but would be happy to contribute more if you all want to add a 'donate' button.
