Question Netflix limited to 960x540

Hello,

When I try to download a video from Netflix, I am limited to 960x540 but if I watch it directly on Netflix, it is displayed in 1920x1080.
I tried everything I saw on the forum : log out and log in again in Anystream, sign out all devices on Netflix and log in again in Anystream, but nothing works.
Is there something else to try?
Thanks in advance for your help.
