Nero giving copy errors

Is that because of the poor condition of the disc?

I realize its not an anydvd problem, but thought you guys might know.

I tried cleaning the disc as well as i could to no avail, but now as i am trying to copy the same disc with Roxio is seems to work. Guess Roxio can just copy scratchy discs a bit better?
