License problems are a couple floors up https://forum.slysoft.com/forums/purchase-and-license-keys.37/
Anydvd doesn't work with text based keys you need to enter in software. You need the key FILES you were sent by mail upon purchasing the software. If you no longer have them visit https://secure.slysoft.com/lostkey.php and enter the required info. Then check ALL (incl spam) folders of your mailbox.
