My Movies and TV Series DVDs for Magnum, P.I.

I'm using the latest version of My Movies (and AnyDVD) to rip the DVDs for Magnum P.I. TV series using MyMovies TV series feature. It allows me to map the Title on the DVDs where each episode starts and in theory (I have done it with That '70s Show DVDs) bypass the episode menu.

The problem is I contine to get the episode menu for Magnum discs. As I understand, this may be a limitation of way the discs were authored. Are there settings in AnyDVD I could change that would give me the desired behavior?
