My burner device is not compatible with CloneCD?

Hello,
I have installed the trial version of Cone CD
I tried to make a copy a CD ROM.
first the image was burnet temporaly on my hard dik, then when it is done, I was asked to insert an blank disk and then the following message appear in French:
"Clone CD n'est pas compatible avec votre graveur", which means in English: "you burner device is not compatible with Clone CD.
I do not understand as I have already used my burner device (capable of burnning both DVD and CDs) with other burning programmes.
Thank you for your help.
 
Might need to

Check for Firmware update for burner unleess of course its a Matsuhita.
