Monsters Inc Blu Ray

I have copied Monsters Inc to my hard drive. Normally I then use Handbrake or ClownBD to encode the movie to a single MP4 file. However, Monsters Inc. shows up as 256 different mpls files, none of them more than 20 minutes. I cannot find anyway to piece all the small files into a single file.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Just tell handbrake to scan the blu-ray folder then choose the correct MPLS from the list
