Mockingjay part 2 with anyDVD 7.6.9.4

Trying to backup Blu Ray DVD of Mockingjay part 2 using AnyDVD version 7.6.9.4.

Playback of copy stops about 3 minutes after beginning. AnyDVD reports playlist as # 428. MTC-HC reports playlist as # 493 from original disk, but will not play the original disk with or without AnyDVD active.

Wrong section. That's a blu-ray, blu-ray problems are one floor down. You're in the DVD section. There's no such thing as a bluray DVD. It's either a blu-ray DISC or DVD, never both. There is no such thing as a playlist on a DVD. That said, you did good providing the logfile anyway. The dev's, will need to take a look.

You need to ignore what MPC-HC thinks is the correct playlist and manually open the playlist that AnyDVD reports (00428.mpls)
493 is wrong and will show a copyright message 3 minutes in.
