AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Nothing to do
1- This was fixed some time ago as far as processing in AnyDVD was concerned
2- there are known defective DVDs released with data issues not related to protections. Example:

3- nothing can or will be done for this DVD in anyDVD as it was resolved in the beta before the 7100 release
4- if you are not using CloneDVD: You will need to use the option "rip video ...." on the AnyDVD tray icon's right mouse menu and then process from the hard drive, not the DVD.
