Over the years I have had some trouble with backing up DVDs correctly: either the time codes were missing after ripping, or subtitles that would work correctly on the original disc could not be activated with the remote on the copy. I recently discovered that if I use "Always Enabled" for the AI scanner, the problems seem to disappear when I did this. In other words, I get a better quality rip with the AI scanner forced. As I say, maybe I should have known this already. If anyone wants some more info about this, just say the word.

AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game.
