I wonder what MacroV has up its sleeve to generate buying interest for BD+ to the tune of $45MM?
 
Here is a direct link to a press release on Macrovision's website.

It looks to me like Macrovision is just looking to the future and be a part of the future of BD technologies and making money off it. Only time will tell what their exact intentions are.
