I have a copy of Brave in .mkv copied from the original Blu-ray that I downloaded that has the original 7.1 Dolby True HD audio track and I'm wondering what I can use to turn it into a Blu-ray and keep the 7.1 DTHD track. I have multiple programs that have no problem doing the conversion, the issue comes in keeping the 7.1 track. They only support standard Dolby 5.1.

Any suggestions?

I take it you mean 'ripped' from an original Blu-ray disc, and not 'downloaded' from the internet - if that's the case, you can use tsMuxeR to convert the MKV file into a Blu-ray structure.

This can be downloaded here: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/tsMuxeR

If tsMuxeR refuses to read the MKV file, you may have to use a program like MKV Demux All to extract the streams, then import the streams back into tsMuxeR.

This can be downloaded here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/mkv-demux-all/

I hope this helps.

No, I mean downloaded. Torrent.

I have tsMuxer and has no problems reading the file, I just don't know what to do to make it into a BD playable on a BD player.

OK, so I used tsMuxeR and it made the BD fine, the problem it has is with the Dolby TrueHD Audio track, although it should, according to the About page:

Supported audiocodecs:

Dolby True HD (for streams with AC3 core only)

tsMuxeR said it didn't recognize it and turned the track into a Dolby D 5.1 track.

You should use the original disc.

We don't support pirates here.
