That is part of the fallout from the Slysoft to RedFox change from last year as a result of legal issues that Slysoft ran into last year. To access those links, just open them up, and in your address bar, change the 'forum.slysoft.com' part to 'forum.redfox.bz'.
 
I'm working on a full rewrite of that one. It's full of obsolete links and some irrelevant stuff. Just haven't gotten around to finish it yet.
