Just got a new Pioneer UHD drive But am having a problem

    Mother board is a asus z390 with 64 gigs of ram and 630 video any Ideas?

    Looks like your drive is a official UHD drive not a friendly one.

    I don't think it matters in this case, it's just a normal Blu-ray, not an UHD Blu-ray.
    He needs to post a log file.

    You think wrong. A normal Blu-ray doesn't hold 90GB worth of data. The official uhd drive very much is the case/problem

    I was just going by what it said in the status window, when I put in an UHD disc, it says "Media is an UHD disc" or something to that nature.
    It didn't say that in his.
