I've a question - what if the ISO is bigger than 4.7GB blank disc? Is CloneCD has the function/capabilities to shrink the original ISO bigger than 4.7GB to a 4.7GB blank DVD? Thanks.

Too easy, mount the larger ISO with powerISO or Alcohol 120 then rip from the virtual drive with CloneDVD to a new ISO image in the required size. Exactly the same as doing it from an actual DVD disc.

Neither is required. You can use Virtual Clonedrive (freeware) and avoid having SPTD installed, which can cause slow rips and other general issues with drives.
