Is Vista compatable with ANY DVD HD?

I am building a new HTPC with Vista and I just want to make sure that Clone DVD and ANY dvd -HD is compatable and works without any problems
 
I believe AnyDVD is OK with Vista....what's a HTPC?
 
Yes they are compatable with Vista.... but WHY anyone would want to build a dedicated HTPC with Vista is beyond me. Vista just isn't compatable with the real world. :D
